Custom Rockers – Flat Out Fast!

Soundhouse

More and more, cool bands are coming in and rocking out. Are we having a resurgence of, dare I say, Good old 70’s R&R?
Custom recorded and mixed their upcoming album a little bit ago…

Yeah – its a good life!

Fluxuations in thresholds of finite/infinite events as meteor (and Lark Vs Owl) visit Earth

Posted in Music tales on February 18, 2013 by mike

Slow Ride, Take it Easy!

We didn’t hear that song, but we talked about it (and other secret things we enjoy).

Lark Vs Owl impressed me the very first time I saw them … they seem so much bigger than a 2 piece and the music really pulls you in with its pop sensibilities. But they’re Rock. A Rock that’s hard to measure as it’s careening through space and/or occasionally blasting through your personal atmosphere with heavy melodies that wrap around your deep, deep gravity. But you can try. They just came out with their second album: http://wanderinginfinityproductions.bandcamp.com/album/sanguine

It was a fun show, a benefit for Burien fire victims and they got great (well deserved) reviews from random people as we walked around afterward.

— Until next orbit!

Dear Earthlings, Save yourselves! It’s NOT the end of the World!

Posted in Music tales with tags , , , , , , on December 21, 2012 by mike

It could be the end of the world. From out here in the infinite continuum it looks bleak for you Earthlings, mostly because you’re surrounded by Earthlings. A lot of you have been hearing (Or proselytizing)  about the end of the World. If you’re reading this then – either congratulations or I’m sorry.

Disappointed? Shocked? Didn’t know? Don’t care?

There’s a cure!

Big Dirt has a new Album, Start All Over. Appropriate, no? Check it out and buy it on Bandcamp: http://wanderinginfinityproductions.bandcamp.com/releases

And because you are super special, and Friends of Big Dirt, if you go visit our Facebook page you will find the super secret code that will give you 20% off!

I want to let you know, too, that there have been some strange and wonderful sounds floating to me out here. Sounds I think you will like. Sounds of Birds … yes, sounds of Larks and Owls, one might even say …  fate  …  in the most ingenious and  tremendously eery way. It makes me think of Black and White  … grainy photos of a Wounded Bird, who’s misplaced silent partner’s, sanguine maladies that beget murder by stray rayz. And the opportunity to resuscitate new life through the Uke and the eye. Stay tuned for your soul. All will be revealed soon, earthling friends, soon.

But for now, do not listen for the end. Your actions are of no consequence in this matter. Shed your shadows and reach.
